Year 4 visit to St Mary & St Modwen’s Church – Tuesday 25th February 2025

Dear Parents / Carers

As part of our RE unit about Jesus Teaching us to Pray, we are planning to take the children to St Mary & St  Modwen’s Church on Tuesday 25th February 2025. To reduce the cost of the trip, we would like the children to be dropped off at the church, where they will be met by the staff and registered at 8.45am. The children will then be returned to school, in time for lunch at 11.30am.

The Children should wear their school uniform and bring their school bags as usual. If the children have their own Rosary Beads, then they should bring these too.

 
A contribution of £2.00 is requested towards the cost of the transport.

 
All bona fide educational visits by Staffordshire schools are covered by the county council’s public liability insurance, as are all in-school activities.  Transport will be provided by Viking Coach Services. Your child will be expected to be responsible enough to wear any seatbelt provided until informed it may be released.
