Dear Parents / Carers,

We are delighted to have been invited to attend a special Deanery Mass with Bishop Timothy Menzies at the historic Lichfield Cathedral on Monday 16th June. This is a wonderful opportunity for our Year 4 pupils to take part in such a meaningful and memorable event.

The pupils will depart promptly at 9.00 am and return to school at the usual collection time of 3.30 pm. Children will need to bring a packed lunch from home. If you would like your child to have a school-provided packed lunch, please notify the office by Wednesday 11th June.

The cost of the trip is £9.50, with a reduced rate of £4.75 for Pupil Premium children to cover transport expenses. All children are required to wear their school uniform.

Please be assured that all educational visits organised by Staffordshire schools are covered by the county council’s public liability insurance. Viking Coaches will be providing the transportation for this trip. Kindly ensure that your child wears any seatbelt provided until advised otherwise.

For legal and safeguarding purposes, it may be necessary to share certain information about your child with the venue, accommodation, and transport providers during school trips. This includes potential international travel which could involve immigration control. Insurers may also require details about your child.
