When you enter our Nursery and Reception classrooms you will see...

At St Modwen's we follow the Read, Write Inc phonics scheme. In Nursery, children will be developing their listening and communication skills ready to start learning to read and write in Reception. In Reception, your child will learn the sounds each letter makes and learn how to 'Fred talk' words to read and write.
