St Modwen's school now has a published admissions number (PAN) of 60. This means that each year there are 60 new places available in the Foundation class.

For intake to Reception in September 2020 your child will have been born between 01/09/2015 and 31/08/2016. More information about admissions will be available in late summer/ early autumn 2019.

Applications for entry to our school should be made through Staffordshire County Council's co-ordinated scheme, we also ask that parents complete a declaration of interest for a place at our school. This form enables us to contact you to inform you of any new intake events.

Applications other than the normal intake to reception class (In-year applications):

If you wish to apply for a place for your child for entry into another year group or for entry into EYFS after the normal September intake, you will be required to complete an in-year admissions form which is available on the SCC website:

You must take this form to your child's current headteacher for their comments before submitting your application.
